So much to feed back to you this week! We're going to start with our fantastic collaboration with Truro College, which saw us putting on a late evening ticketed event showcasing the sound and light capabilities of their Production Dept on some seriously awesome bands and musicians, all to raise money for a chosen charity, Surfers Against Sewage. All in all a big success and one which we are planning to repeat in the not-so-distant future.
If you haven't seen it already, click on any of the photo's here to get a taster of the quality of the music on the night - a wonderful band called The Braeburns - enjoy!

We're hiring!
Yes it's true, we're looking for some capable people to join our team - We currently have gaps we need filling in two categories: people who are brilliant with food or already have good barista skills; and volunteers who don't mind mucking in as part of the awesome team who make this brilliant community-serving work happen! If either of these is you or someone you know, please let us know by emailing Abi direct or calling us. For the paid positions we offer competitive rates of pay and consistent seasonal work, and for the volunteers we offer a busy, fun, sociable working environment with free tiffin, coffee and free lunch! Just the job!
St Ives
Loads of us descended on Treloyhan Manor in St Ives for our church weekend away last weekend. It was brilliant. With the theme for the weekend being The Joy of the Lord, we encountered joy together in food, rest, good company and it was just great for us to simply hang out together. We maybe don't appreciate what a unique church community we are, as we serve so many hundreds (thousands) of visitors each year we can often forfeit that deep connection ourselves, so this really gave us an essential pre-season opportunity to re-connect and have fun together, just us!
The boys surfed Godrevy, we watched the rugby and cried together, played silly games, learned, ate amazing food, shared stories and got home in time for the snow. Big thanks to Jenny C for organising the whole thing, Alistair, Sarah and Abi for their session leading, Pauline and co for the awesome prayer space, and to God for meeting us and refreshing us in so many beautiful joyful ways.

PS if you still owe for the weekend please make sure you make your payment asap x
Sunday Session at 10am - 'Church Fellowship'

A little word about The Line Up, our new kids work...

In the sea, surfers hang out in the line up to catch waves. In Tubestation it’s where young people hang out to explore God’s truths. We explore each across a four-week rhythm, bringing together our love of God’s wild places, the truth of Scripture, the freedom of Faith, and our shared experience of God’s love for us.

We are adventurers exploring the colour, the more and the depth of God’s word.

The Line Up follows a rhythm which makes it different each week. This week is Truth Week.
