Our Tube small groups will be starting up again in

September - outdoors for now when possible.

We have groups  that meet in Tregonetha, Wadebridge and Delabole.

Here are the last few tasks if you don't have Facebook:


Day 1 - Being Mindful - Gratitude

Take a few minutes today to slow down and reflect and list 5

things that you are grateful for.



Day 2 - A healthy body - Breathing

Effective breathing can not only provide you with a greater

sense of mental clarity, it can also help you sleep better, digest

food more efficiently, improve your body’s immune response,

and reduce stress levels.


Take 3 minutes out of your day to slow down and breathe well.

Take a slow breath in through your nose for 3 seconds and

exhale for 5 seconds through your mouth slowly. 




Day 3 - keep learning.

Today's challenge is to cut out 20 minutes today to

learn/research something new/different.




Day 4 - Give to others - Appreciation

There is something very powerful about giving to others - a

time when we take the focus off ourselves and focus on

another.


Giving doesn't have to be material things only, it could be

quality time, acts of service, kind words, etc.

Today's task is this: send a text to a loved one telling them

three things that you appreciate about them.

“Prayer can be so helpful to our wellbeing, so use this prayer to rest in God’s presence.
       Using your own breathing to help you.
Father God help me to let go of my worries,  to rest in you,  and take deeper breaths.

        God I receive your love.  (Breathe in)
       And I release my insecurities.  (Breathe out)
        God I receive your joy.   (Breathe in)
      And I release my unhappiness.  (Breathe out)
        God I receive your peace.  ( breathe in)
      And I release my worries.    (Breathe out)

Thank you that you are there, waiting to catch my every breath.
  Amen.
