It's autumn in Cornwall, which means all sorts of changes are taking place. The leaves are dropping, the hours are shifting, the seasonal workers are taking flight to brighter locations, and the Tubestation is centred a bit more on the local, year-round community (although we are still welcoming visitors from around the country!)

We had one of our twice-annual church council meetings last week, and celebrated the new building plans (Prayer hut! New kitchen! Multi-use Shed!) We talked about the amazing range of preachers who share on Sundays and have grown up from our community, about the Radish youth group launch and watching our young people grow up in faith, about the tremendous generosity we've experienced this year in finance. We're thankful to have such a good story to tell here (and the best Story all the other days of our lives). Enjoy this newsletter, and whether your season is changing or staying the same, we pray that you find good stories to celebrate.

New season, new location, new leader...Radish is our youth gathering for years 9-13 from 7-9 PM at Cornerstone in Wadebridge. Email youth@tubestation.org for details or to meet our youth leader,

Yeeww! Our major investment in the national surf community is this weekend! We still need a few volunteers for a 7 AM start on Saturday and Sunday in the cafe (we promise it will be fun!) Email henry@tubestation.org for details. Also, don't forget that Sunday Session is at 9 AM with a Surfers Blessing, fun music from Abby Stewart, and a few words from Meghann Loney.

If you can, please bake and bring a cake to the cafe for the Jesus Longboard Weekend and deliver to Abi!

Just to say a BIG THANK YOU to all those who have donated and encouraged me to complete this 280mile challenge from Padstow to Nantes raising money for Cornwall Hospice Care.

As part of Team Pat we will have raised an amazing £40,000!!
So chuffed and amazed to have finished it.. It was a tough 4 days but so much fun powering through with this fab bunch of ladies, now time to put my feet up with a cuppa woop woop!!!

CAP Money Course
The Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Money Course is a free 3 week course that will teach you budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that works. You will get to grips with your finances so you can budget, save and prevent debt.

Monday evenings starting on 4th November in The Basement at Wadebridge Christian Centre. Refreshments available from 7:15pm- 7:30pm start, finishing by 9:30pm. RSVP to carol@cah.dircon.co.uk.
