Red Beet Soup
Tube Red beet soup
It's always so satisfying when seeds that you have planted finally reach the table, especially in the form of a yummy soup. The earthy flavours of carefully nurtured Tube-grown beetroot and tomato soup with goats cheese. The circle of life right there.

If you would like to join us next year, have a chat with Henry about it. It's a really great thing for us to be involved in and is set to grow each year as the need for a compassionate welfare response is becoming more and more recognised.
