Tubestation Polzeath
View this email in your browser
On the last few Fridays you might have seen a group of fluorescent surfers jumping into the sea at Polzeath beach. No need to be alarmed!! A band of fluorescent frothers with mental health awareness on their minds have been meeting up to show their support for one another and anyone in the community. Chances are if you haven't struggled with mental health, you probably know someone who has. Fluro Friday is about breaking the shackles of mental health stigma and simply saying it's ok to not be ok. The group meet up, dress in fluro and head down to check- in with each other (and there is absolutely no pressure to share anything, just say hello!) followed by a surf and coffee at the Tubestation after. Absolutely everyone is welcome, the more the merrier.
Roots & Fruits - A New Season
Roots and Fruits
We're getting excited about Tubestation Roots and Fruits development plans - a mood board with inspirational pictures has been the starting point for loads of interesting conversations and it's awesome to see how much support the whole concept has - almost like it was always there waiting to happen! As we go, we will be updating www.tubestation.org with the latest, so please feel free to check in there, and if you feel lead to contribute financially we have an online giving platform here, or here...

World Oceans Week
Tube Alpha

Alpha is a video series about asking the big questions, and we’re really excited to be running one at the Tubestation every Wednesday at 7pm for 10 weeks (apart from half term week). It’s a place to look out and invite our community to join us in asking questions about life and faith.
